I am the Chief Innovation Officer of Coca-Cola HBC, one of the largest independent bottlers of The Coca-Cola Company in the world, a company incorporated in Zug, Switzerland, with 2017 revenue of €6.5 billion, listed in the London and Athens Stock Exchanges, employing over 30,000 people and serving more than 600 million consumers in 28 countries spanning Europe, Eurasia, Russia and Africa.
I am a multi-disciplinary professional with 16 years of experience in law and management. I am an MIT Sloan MBA graduate and a 10-year veteran with the Coca-Cola System in 3 continents.
In my previous roles at Coca-Cola HBC, I was responsible for legal departments in 16 countries in Europe and Africa, leading teams of more than 30 lawyers. Earlier in my career with Coca-Cola HBC, I led the antitrust compliance program in 28 countries and the code of business conduct/anti-bribery program in 13 countries. I also have 6 years of experience with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
I am a qualified lawyer in the State of New York, U.S.A. and in Athens, Greece.
My education includes an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Virginia, as well as a Ph.D. in antitrust law (with highest honors), an LL.M. (with highest honors) and an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Athens. My executive education includes courses at Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, MITx, IMD and King’s College London
