Current responsibilities as Group Medical Manager
Develop complex ethical promotion materials and strategies in conjunction with the local marketing department. Act as a medical resource for the company working with local management, marketing, medical and clinical research departments to support the promotion of complex company products and corporate research and development. Provide local medical expert input into global product development teams. Represent the company to groups of experts, medical professional groups, societies, regulatory groups at national &international scientific meetings. Participate as chairman in advisory panels and key conference activities. Assemble and manage key opinion leader advisory groups. Support the development of local complex clinical data through clinical trials and investigator studies. Analyze complex trial data and provide interpretation to marketing and sales departments. Answer and respond to complex clinical inquiries or disclosures to customers. Answer or coordinate responses to complex competitor inquiries or complaints about Gilead promotional activities. Direct surveillance and/or complaints about competitor activities and coordinate communications. Provide medical expertise in the analysis and review of complex adverse events. Manage and control activities with external suppliers such as CRO’s. Assist with training of sales force at the national, regional or territory level. Responsible for complex medical documents and files about AbbVie products. Member of all Immunology Brand teams. Close co-working with Market- access, governmental affairs and marketing mainly as project leader. Lead of Biotherapeutics Value Team, responsible for all strategies and activities regarding biologics and biosimilars. Responsible for all Medical Affairs Team (3 medical managers & 1 MSL).
