Professional experience
Seraphim is a BoD member of LARCO GMMSA, which is one of the 5 biggest Ferronickel producers globally and presently undergoes a turnaround program.
He has 25 years experience and a dynamic and versatile business profile combining Operational, Technical and Financial aspects, thus giving him cutting-edge managerial flair and the ability to deal with both Strategic Planning and Execution/Hands-on Fulfillment.
He has held senior managerial positions in a variety of sectors including maritime, industrial manufacturing, medical devices and healthcare. Being an “all-around player» he can switch quickly from “helicopter view” to “microscope view” and vice versa, grasping all operational and financial implications. He has dealt with Performance, Strategy, Financial Management, Commercial Finance and Supply Chain projects galore!
He is also active in restructuring and turnaround, post-merger integration, internationalization of activities, operational planning & optimization, cost analysis, operational audits, process standardization as well as all aspects of Operational/Managerial Finance and Decision Support.
He holds an MBA from the American College of Greece (ALBA Graduate Business School), a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering and an M.Eng. (Hons) in Decision Making from Technical University of Crete. He has also attended the internationally acclaimed CITI F/X & MM Workshop and the once-only held VIOHALCO Management Development Program.
