Rob brings a passion for creating long lasting client relationships and supporting executives through transformative learning experiences. Rob uses his 20-year career in the performing arts to help leaders and business executives develop their presence, tell compelling stories and establish authentic connections in order to deliver on their business goals and development plans. He helps leaders share vision and strategy in a compelling way that connects and is relevant to every person in the room. This is particularly effective for executives working through significant change and business transformation where disruptive change will require that people power up and sustain performance for an extended period of time.

Rob is highly skilled working one-on-one as an executive coach, as well as facilitating small group learning sessions. In addition, he is accustomed to presenting to large groups and enjoys stepping onto the main stage as a keynote or featured speaker at leadership conferences. Some highlights include ING Bank’s Annual Leadership Conference, Wharton Business School’s Leadership Conference, USC’s Marshall School of Business Building Leaders Forum, and The American Society for Training and Development.

Rob most enjoys coaching senior leaders and leadership teams in preparation for strategic presentations. Rob is a member of the Executive Education coaching cadres for Harvard’s Advanced Management Program as well as MIT’s Sloan Fellows and EMBA Programs. He holds an MS in Organizational Policy from Boston University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.

Rob has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, including, ING Bank, American Express, Sony Music Entertainment, Metro AG, Philips International, Alliance Bernstein, BASF, Abbott, Merrill Lynch, ThyssenKrupp, Sonae, eBay, Fidelity, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Disney. He has cultivated a lasting partnership with Harvard Business School resulting in the integration of experiential programming within the Harvard MBA curriculum and Executive Education Leadership Programs serving thousands of global leaders.
