  • About your coach, Linda Plano, Founder, Plano & Simple

    Linda Plano founded Plano & Simple in 2010 to support her habit of coaching entrepreneurs on their pitches and overall venture development. She has coached nearly 600 mostly high-tech entrepreneurs, and they have gone on to raise well over $250M. She has held positions as a research scientist and CEO of startups and up to VP New Biz Dev for more established companies. Linda is a co-founder and chair of the precursor to the Cleantech Open – Northeast, and has co-founded and run a dozen major investor pitch events while Associate Director of the Mass Tech Transfer Center.

    She is also a co-founder and co-chair of the MITEF Mentor Smart program. Linda has degrees from MIT (BS Physics) and Stanford (Ph.D. Materials Science & Engineering).
