Professional experience

Panos Siozos is the CEO and Co-Founder of LearnWorlds, an e-learning company that is transforming online courses.

Panos holds a BSc in Computer Science and a PhD in Educational Technology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has worked extensively as a software engineer, IT manager, computer science educator and e-learning researcher. Before following the startup route, he did a five-year stint in Brussels working for the European Parliament as a policy adviser for research and innovation issues.

Following that he decided to ‘taste his own medicine’ by applying entrepreneurial and innovation ideas in LearnWorlds which he co-founded and runs ever since. In LearnWorlds he is dealing with sales and business development, management and operations, and expanding the companies reach to international markets. Panos is a problem-solver who thrives when working under extreme pressure and in multinational environments.
