Professional Experience

Paloma Cabello was educated in Finance and Control by WNEsp (Madrid–Pennsylvania), she bears a life-long learning approach and is a lecturer at IESE, IEAF, and Wharton. She is member of the Executive Board of the IEAF (Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts), seats at the Scientific Committee of the Congress of Brilliant Minds (ElSerCreativo), and is a chartered member of the Institute of Directors and Administrators ICA.Currently she works as an independent Sr. Advisor to TPG (Texas Pacific Group) and also advises PE Funds and Family Offices technology investments. She serves in different Director roles, at the Boards of several companies.

She was the Managing Director at Marco Polo Investments SCR and took part in the foundation and development of a number of innovative companies in the Software, Internet, Communication, Media, Banking Services and Biotech sectors.

She is an active contributor to the innovation Community as the only European individual seating in the Global Advisory Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum.
