Professional experience
Nikos Dimitriadis is an MIT graduate with 15 years Finance experience in local & regional roles in complex and large scale Pharma & Cosmetics organizations. He currently holds the Sandoz Greece CFO position (Novartis Generics Division) where he oversees the establishment &transformation of the local business among Finance, Administration, Compliance, Audit & HR responsibilities.
Nikos is coming from Merck, Sharp & Dohme (MSD) where he held various positions of increased responsibility, starting from SOX Officer, implementing SAP and leading three consecutive mergers & acquisitions in the Greek subsidiary (OBS, Intervet, Schering-Plough). He then moved to the Animal Health division, where in 2010 he was appointed Regional Finance Director – Balkans. He was responsible for the business restructuring across 10 countries resulting to five successful internal audits.
Prior to MSD, Nikos served for 4 years in Boots Healthcare regional EMEA hub overseeing 23 countries where he joined as a Financial Analyst reaching up to Finance & Administration manager. In his last role, he led the acquisition from Reckitt Benckiser.
Nikos also serves as an MIT Educational Counselor since 2008. He is married with two children and is an avid motorcycle racer.
