She has significant corporate governance and operating experience including executive & management committees and industry & internal board of directors. Maureen has a track record of results across financial services businesses including insurance & asset/investment management with direct responsibility for P&L, strategy, finance, product & operations. Business size has ranged from $100m to $2b. She led Liberty Mutual’s UK start-up operation including strategy, key hires, market relationships and pricing strategies. The UK was selected as a transformative insurance marketplace relying on big data, analytics and innovation to succeed. She is a strategic manager and analytical thinker who gets to the heart of issues quickly. Maureen has been both a management & strategy consultant across industries and has worked within Centers of Excellence and Innovation groups. Maureen builds inclusive & diverse organizations including having lived (U.S., U.K., Ireland) & worked internationally (Americas, Asia and Europe).
Maureen is a passionate start-up judge and mentor at accelerators such as MassChallenge and MIT Enterprise Forum. She has her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her BS from the University at Albany, SUNY.
