Ms. Mantesi is a Principal Consultant of Korn Ferry Hay Group in South Eastern European area – Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Albania.

In her 18 years of experience, she had the opportunity to assume various HR roles, both in the industry and in consulting companies. As a consultant she has worked with Financial Institutions, Pharmaceutical companies, Telecoms and Manufacturing organizations, whereas as an HR Manager she has hands-on business experience from multiple sectors, i.e. banking, pharmaceutical and FMCG. Her background includes multinational as well as local organizations and generalist as well as specialist roles.

Her expertise lies in the areas of Organization Development, Culture & Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership Development.

Academic and Professional background

Ms. Mantesi holds a BSc in Psychology from Panteion University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from University of London. She speaks Greek as her native language and English and French.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Ms. Mantesi held various Senior HR roles at KORRES, Boehringer Ingelheim and Eurobank.
