Chris Dimou is a P&L Senior Manager, with 20 years of experience in International Management, in the construction and consumer industry, as well as in Top Management Consulting.
Since 2009 he has been the President & CEO for the North and Central America Region of Roto Frank, a global leader in the Building supply industry, with headquarters in Germany. Mr. Dimou is responsible for leading the business operations in the USA, Canada and Mexico. He resides in Connecticut, USA. Previously, he held management positions within international companies in Greece, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland and USA. His specialties are: Creating Customer Focused Organizations, M&A transactions, M&A Integration Management, Turnaround Management, Change Management, Negotiations, Strategic Management, Performance Measurement (Balanced Scorecard), Coaching & Mentoring.
Mr. Dimou has been a judge, mentor and instructor at Innovation Odysseys, which is an initiative promoting innovation and entrepreneurship organized by the University of Ioannina, Greece, in collaborations with the Science and Technology Park of Epirus, also in Greece. Mr. Dimou has been serving on Boards related to the World Council of Hellenes Abroad.
He holds a Bachelor in Political Science & Management from the University of Athens, Greece, as well as Graduate degrees in International Business (MBA) from Sheffield Hallam University, U.K., European Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Fulda, Germany, and Management Research from the University of Bradford, U.K. Mr. Dimou has also earned Leadership Certificates from Harvard, Wharton, Columbia and Berkeley.
