Manousos Maropakis holds an Organization and Business Administration degree from Athens University of Economics and Business.
Manousos Maropakis has worked as a Sales Director & Trade Marketing Director for TASTY FOODS, ELGEKA, ALLIED DOMECQ SA, MINOS- EMI. He was a training partner and shareholder for TEAM-Business Consultants for 5 years.
Mr. Maropakis has been trained as a trainer on topics such as Management, Category Management, Merchandizing, Sales, Communication and Presentation Skills in Denmark, UK and France.
He is also one of the few certified trainers of Harvard Business Publishing in Greece and counts, in his experience, a large number of training hours implementing training programs of this particular organization. Additionally, he is a certified personal development trainer of “Goal Mapping”.
He has trained over 20.000 executives of prominent companies and educational organizations in Greece, Balkans and Cyprus, on subjects involving Management, Sales, Negotiation Skills, Communication, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Personal Development, Coaching, Motivation and Time Management.
Mr. Maropakis has designed and implemented more than 300 experiential trainings through Kolb method. At the same time, he is a business Consultant in Strategic matters in organizations and companies in Greece and Cyprus.
He has been a keynote speaker at Rhodes-College conference talking about parents and teenagers relationship.
Occasionally he has published articles of professional interest in H.R professional magazine. In 2010 he attended Career days as a speaker on the topic: “Negotiate your salary”. Currently he is publishing articles for the Underwriter magazine.
Mr. Maropakis was the founder and main shareholder of MaΘisis- Business Consultants. Today he is the Co-founder and the General Manager of Visible LTD.
